Refund policy
Return Policy:
Cozy Candles products are all handmade and inspected before packaging and shipped to assure our guests are receiving quality. We have a seven (7) day return policy on Candles Only. All returns must be in the same condition that it was received, unused and in its original packaging. The return packaging must be postmarked within the 7-day time frame. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will not accept returns on the body essential line products. (body butters or creams, body scrubs, body lotions, etc.)
To start a return, contact us at info.cozycandles@gmail.com. Provide a description of the defect &/or concern with your purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Processing:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition, the request will be processed for an exchange or refund. Please allow seven (7) business days from receipt of the item to process the return and/or exchange. We will notify you when your return/refund is being processed. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as personal care products, lotions, scrubs, hydration creams, etc.) and clearance items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Lost and Stolen Packages:
We ship with only the most reliable carriers in the United States. Once the package has left our shop, Cozy Candles, LLC cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or misdelivered packages. But we still want you to have the best experience possible, so we are here to help.
Please contact the carrier that was used for your order and see if they have any insight on the whereabouts of your package. If they're unable to assist, please email us at info.cozycandles@gmail.com so we can work with your on resolving this issue.
