  1. Does Cozy Candles have a warranty on their products? Yes, we offer warranty on all of the candle products only. Please review our return policy.
  2. Where are Cozy Candles manufactured? Cozy Candles products are proudly hand crafted in Northern, VA. USA
  3. What is your processing time on orders? Once the order is placed, there is a 24 - 48 hours processing time. I do my best to get the orders packed and shipped out as quickly as possible. I ship on Monday - Friday and on Saturday when Monday is a holiday.
  4. I just placed my order, when will I receive it? I do my best to meet the shipping estimates, but I cannot guarantee them. The actual deliver time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office, I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes or failed delivers of your package. However, I always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact me at info.cozycandles@gmail.com if you every have concerns with the status of your order. 
  5. My address is incorrect, and I just processed my order. What should I do? If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email me immediately at info.cozycandles@gmail.com so I can adjust it before shipping out your order!
